WebJun 4, 2024 · For Dell variants of the 9211-8i, the A10 9211-8e firmware is known to work well as an IT firmware to flash in this step, as explained and linked above. The filename within the download is 6GBPSAS.FW. Confusingly, Dell also use the same filename for their IR firmware, you have to check the download package for which it is.

I think you can load up the megaraid storage manager software to do FW upgrades too, however I used the sas2flash program to update my FW.
