WebI've read about pudendal neuralgia and I know straining on the toilet can cause this. But I don't seem to have any other PN symptoms. I'm not actually in any pain, just annoying discomfort. Sitting doesn't make it worse or better. No problems with my penis or scrotum. No sensitivity to touch of the area. No bladder issues. WebTypically my female patients with pudendal neuralgia experience severe perineal burning electrical pain and pain around the genitals, especially the vulva and the clitoris. They often complain of a sensation of “sitting on a rock” near their sitting bones (ischial tuberosities).
