Most shaman tier sets WotLK onward have looked best on trolls. Personally, I think most gear looks best on orcs. Opinions though. Warrior — As a DPS, Trolls can potentially be even better than Orcs, but only on shorter fights, which you are unlikely to encounter when progressing a new fight. As tanks, it is very easy to trigger Berserking for its full effect, as you will be low HP far more often than as a DPS.

WebAs I have commented on a similar post here regarding which race is “best” for Horde Shaman, the differences are really minimal. You can play whatever you wish, really. But, in those minimal differences, it would go Orc > Troll > Tauren if you are really looking to min/max the Hell out of it.
